HealthCare Debate - Where are we heading?

One can’t help but wonder where the hell are we heading as a Nation? Watch the following on Rachel Maddow. How is “this” Freedom of speech. This is hate speech and these actions by some of the protesters should be prosecuted as hate crime and instigation of hatred in the society. Have you seen anyone, even a single person who opposed the Bush doctrine out there like this? Perhaps the govt. then, is much stronger. Maybe Obama is too timid and nice. Where is the FBI? What is the federal government doing when members of congress are getting death threats? Why is no one from this administration brave enough to come out and challenge all these nonsense? Who has the guts to stand up against Sarah Palin and fox news and all these rednecks?

Death threats like these should be curbed at the start. Issues like these left unaddressed will boil for a long time and eventually explode like a volcano. It will be too late to do anything after that.

How many more do you need? Every time there is someone out that who is willing to stand up to do the right thing, the extreme right, the hypocrites called conservatives, the so called Republicans get angry and start intimidating others and eventually murder people. Shame on you all. This is not some rogue nation in Africa. We cannot call ourselves the most advanced, richest and civilized democracy in the world and let behaviors like these go unquestioned.
