Holder made the following comments on the ABC News morning show.

“The [Miranda] system we have in place has proven to be effective,” Holder told host Jake Tapper. “I think we also want to look and determine whether we have the necessary flexibility — whether we have a system that deals with situations that agents now confront. … We’re now dealing with international terrorism. … I think we have to give serious consideration to at least modifying that public-safety exception [to the Miranda protections]. And that’s one of the things that I think we’re going to be reaching out to Congress, to come up with a proposal that is both constitutional, but that is also relevant to our times and the threats that we now face.”

Yet here’s another link in the chain as Americans are being enslaved to ever-creeping tyranny. Note he says ‘depending on the circumstances.’ The law applies to everyone or no one. This chains are slowly being attached to American ankles with a huge iron ball of ‘justice for all.’ When the law doesnt seem to apply those who break the law so blantenly as the Banksters. None of them have gone to jail? Greenspan, Bernanke, Geithner, and Paulson all walk around free.

I forgot to mention Rove ducked a Congressional supenea and is on Fox News all the time. But that’s old news. BushCo have envaded the law as well. Where’s the justice? It seems justice only applies to the ‘little people’ and not the Gods whom are immune to the law.
